Reporting a problem

If you're reporting a problem with a specific tool, include the tool name, your browser name and version, and a description of what happened versus what you expected. This form doesn't support attachments — describe what you're seeing instead of sending a screenshot, and never paste the file you were converting into the message — we don't need it and don't want it.

Response time

This is a small project, not a large company. Expect a response within a few business days. Bug reports that affect many users are prioritized.
