What this service is

This service provides free file conversion tools. Some tools run entirely in your browser. Others send your file to a server, convert it, and return the result — your file is deleted immediately after.

By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Acceptable use

You may use this service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Upload files that you don't have the right to convert (copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use)
• Use this service to process illegal content of any kind
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to make bulk requests beyond normal use

User Accounts

• Accounts are optional — all tools work without signing in.
• You must use a valid Google account to sign in.
• You may delete your account at any time, and all associated data is permanently removed.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abuse (automated spam voting, etc.).

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you're between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your files, your rights

We don't claim any ownership or license over files you convert. You retain all intellectual property rights in anything you upload or process. For server-side tools, the license you grant us is limited to exactly what's needed to perform the conversion you requested — nothing more — and it ends the moment your file is deleted, which happens immediately after conversion.

Third-party services

This service relies on third parties for parts of its functionality: Google (Sign-in and Analytics), Google AdSense (advertising, once enabled), Sentry (error monitoring), and Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregate traffic measurement). We're not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling on their end beyond what's disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrations (e.g. signing in with Google) is also subject to that provider's own terms.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times
• Conversions will be error-free or produce perfect results
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Always keep a copy of your original files. Do not rely on this service as your only means of file conversion for critical work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this service and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

You use this service at your own risk. If a conversion doesn't produce the result you expect, the extent of our obligation is to let you try again.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this service at any time without notice. We may add or remove tools, change file size limits, or adjust rate limits as needed.

These terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Force majeure

We're not liable for any failure or delay in the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including outages at our hosting or CDN provider, internet or infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or other circumstances we couldn't reasonably have prevented.

Indemnification

You agree to cover our reasonable legal costs and damages arising from your misuse of the service — for example, uploading illegal content or files you don't have the right to convert, or using the service in a way that violates these terms or the law.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. The unenforceable part will be interpreted to best match the original intent.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and us regarding the service, and replace any prior understandings on the same subject.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the use of this service will be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
